Bulgari seeks Retail Excellence Manager in Taipei, Taiwan—lead retail operations, commercial strategy, and training across luxury boutique network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Managing Directors and Commercial Leaders to develop annual commercial strategies, sales forecasts, and market opportunity assessments
- Translate retail performance data into actionable business insights and maintain executive-level dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Identify and promote best retail practices across the boutique network; conduct competitive benchmarking and retail experience analysis
- Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales improvement plans and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, optimize teamwork, and enhance problem-solving capabilities
- Monitor and optimize retail KPIs including discount rates, conversion rates, accessory sell-through, average ticket value, and transaction counts
- Oversee retail projects including new store openings, closures, relocations, renovations, and store events
- Manage store operational efficiency through process, tool, and system optimization; drive adoption of new retail technologies
- Provide strategic oversight of commercial training initiatives; supervise training team planning, delivery, and quality assurance
- Review training content and outcomes to maintain consistency and brand standards across all stores
- Coordinate with HR to optimize store staffing structures and design retail incentive schemes
- Work with department stores and shopping mall management to address operational issues and manage landlord relationships
- Conduct regular customer service audits and develop improvement plans to ensure excellent service delivery standards
- Manage outsourced security and cleaning teams to ensure compliance with corporate service standards
- Monitor local trade environments, competitor activities, and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions
- Provide feedback to marketing and CRM teams on campaign exposure and retail-related service enhancements
- Ensure effective implementation of CRM systems and customer development opportunities across all boutiques
Qualifications
