Bulgari Retail Excellence Intern in Shanghai – support retail analytics, operations, and strategic initiatives in luxury watches and jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly retail performance reports and dashboards
- Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis to track store KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Help maintain executive-level reporting materials that inform strategic decision-making
- Participate in competitor benchmarking and best practice research within the luxury retail industry
- Support the coordination of sales improvement plans and action plans across regions
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Retail Excellence team
- Assist in the localization and implementation of retail guidelines and initiatives across the retail network
- Support the coordination of retail projects including new store openings, events, and operational improvements
- Help maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications
- Support team meetings, training sessions, and workshops by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in progress; majors in Business, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Genuine interest in luxury retail and the Bulgari brand
- Prior internship experience in retail, operations, or data analysis is a plus
