Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic physical weight measurements of semi-finished precious metal components, ensuring consistency and protocol adherence across all test kits
- Perform statistical analysis on collected weight data, including variance calculations and hypothesis development to understand product transformation fluctuations
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical specification sheets for semi-finished components destined for plastic and mechanical deformation processes, prioritising clarity and accuracy
- Develop and execute annual forecasting models for specification sheet categorisation, clustering components by control methodology to standardise and ensure process coherence
- Collaborate across functional teams to learn advanced sector methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Operations Management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and processing
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistics for qualitative data interpretation and analysis
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving orientation
- Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and analysis (preferred)
- Understanding of English language at B2 level or higher
