Bulgari — Neuchâtel: Quality Intern (6-month internship starting Sept 2026) in the Watch & Jewellery division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and document quality processes in collaboration with production teams to ensure conformity of assembled products.
- Improve and update quality standards and deliver training to operational teams on revised procedures.
- Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions with support and assembly teams.
- Monitor quality issues with a focus on standardization, formalization and continuous improvement of procedures.
- Audit control processes to identify improvement levers and optimise inspection efficiency.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a higher education programme in quality management, industrial engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong technical curiosity and interest in quality challenges within a watchmaking manufacture.
- Good communicator, comfortable on the workshop floor and able to liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Methodical, rigorous and patient approach to problem solving.
- Possession of a signed educational internship agreement (convention de stage) is mandatory.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required; practical exposure to manufacturing or workshop environments is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed higher education (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) in quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar. A signed Convention de Stage from the educational institution is required.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuchâtel, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, with easy access to Lausanne.
