Bvlgari seeks a Quality Engineer in Saignelégier, Switzerland to drive manufacturing compliance and product reliability across watchcase and dial production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive quality compliance and product reliability improvements across the case and dial manufacturing production line through the definition, implementation, and training of essential control methods and quality assurance initiatives
  • Manage quality incidents and non-conformities through collaborative engagement with production and support functions, including problem-solving facilitation, corrective and preventive action implementation, and active monitoring of remediation plans
  • Orchestrate the complete non-conformity lifecycle from detailed root-cause analysis to final customer reporting, ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues and maintaining product integrity
  • Plan and facilitate cross-functional quality sessions applying rigorous problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC) to drive internal and external optimization and improvement initiatives
  • Develop, present, and track key quality performance indicators, analytical insights, and corrective action outcomes to stakeholders
  • Deploy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodologies to prevent quality risks and actively lead root-cause problem-solving initiatives with implementation of effective preventive and corrective actions
  • Provide technical support to production staff and conduct training sessions on digital quality tools and problem-solving frameworks
  • Manage cross-functional quality projects and standardization, formalization, and continuous improvement of quality procedures

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality problem-solving and control method definition
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality risk analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Preferably experience in the watchmaking or precision manufacturing sector

Engineering degree (Ingénieur formation or equivalent qualification).
