Role & Responsibilities
- Manage quality claims and incidents from identification through containment, root‑cause analysis and closure, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and lead cross‑functional quality sessions (QRQC, 8D) to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external partners.
- Define, standardize and formalize quality control methods and procedures for watch cases and dials to improve conformity and product reliability.
- Provide technical support and coaching to production teams, embedding problem‑solving methodologies and best practices on the shop floor.
- Monitor and follow up on quality action plans, maintain traceability of actions and report progress to the Quality Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including risk analysis, root cause analysis, 8D and QRQC.
- Practical experience with SAP; familiarity with Quick Control or equivalent quality tracking software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and train production personnel.
- Analytical, pragmatic and results‑oriented with an aptitude for process standardization and continuous improvement.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality problem solving and control methods, ideally within watchmaking or precision manufacturing environments.
Education
Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent.
