Bulgari Quality Control Inspector position in Saignelégier, Switzerland. One-year fixed-term role overseeing watch component inspections and quality assurance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic and dimensional quality inspections of watch cases, dials, and sub-components at multiple fabrication stages using Marcel Aubert, Keyence, and precision measurement equipment
  • Record and analyse inspection results using QuickControl software and participate in developing quality control protocols
  • Communicate inspection findings to internal production teams and external suppliers, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Serve as the quality guardian prior to product delivery, identifying and escalating quality issues for continuous improvement
  • Participate actively in quality review meetings and continuous improvement working groups to resolve recurring issues and implement procedural enhancements
  • Propose and implement quality process improvements, optimizing departmental efficiency and inspection methodologies
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking or precision engineering sector
  • Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and comprehensive understanding of watch case and dial manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated expertise with QuickControl software or equivalent quality management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and standard office IT tools
  • Knowledge of automated 2D/3D measurement machine programming (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Autonomous, methodical, and detail-oriented work approach
