Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the global purchasing strategy for Bulgari Horlogerie across direct and indirect categories, aligning with Bulgari and LVMH objectives.
- Optimize supplier portfolio and purchasing costs while safeguarding product quality, lead times and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier performance improvement plans covering Development, Quality, Supply Chain and CSR metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities to consolidate and optimise indirect spend, for both recurrent and new needs.
- Harmonize procurement and replenishment practices across manufactures to minimise stock disruptions and mitigate supply risks.
- Design and maintain a rigorous due diligence framework for supplier evaluation and selection, enhancing group-wide standards in coordination with other maisons.
- Assess and manage supplier risks (financial, ethical, social, environmental), promote transparency and traceability to raw materials, and support Scope 3 decarbonization initiatives with CSR teams.
- Develop and sustain strategic, long-term supplier relationships founded on trust, performance and innovation.
- Line-manage and develop a small purchasing team (2 direct reports) and coordinate transversally with Supply Chain and Purchasing leads in each manufacture.
- Represent Purchasing in cross-functional projects and regularly travel to Swiss manufactures and partner sites.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering with a specialization in Purchasing / Supply Chain or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar procurement role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Native-level French and professional command of English.
- Proven ability to manage supplier due diligence, risk assessments and CSR-related procurement requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in small-team management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach and pragmatic project delivery skills.
- Comfortable with business travel to manufacturing sites in Switzerland.

Experience
At least 3 years in a procurement/purchasing role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with hands-on responsibility for direct and indirect sourcing, supplier due diligence, risk management and leading a small team.
Education
Engineering degree with a specialization in Purchasing / Supply Chain or equivalent.
