Within Bulgari's Philanthropy & Fondazione Bvlgari department, this Project Manager will develop and manage art, cultural, philanthropic and institutional relationship initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with the Foundation's mission and Bulgari's values. The role oversees projects end-to-end—from concept through execution—coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-caliber work across three pillars: Art & Patronage, Education & Philanthropy, and Savoir-faire Transmission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as cross-functional Project Manager overseeing Fondazione Bvlgari's three strategic pillars: Art & Patronage, Education & Philanthropy, and Savoir-faire Transmission
- Develop and manage art patronage, philanthropic, educational and cultural projects from concept definition through final execution
- Translate strategic guidelines into structured project proposals, actionable plans, detailed timelines and workback schedules
- Supervise project timing, budget and quality standards, monitoring milestones, deliverables and costs through dedicated project management tools
- Manage supplier relationships independently, including coordination, follow-up and economic aspects in alignment with internal procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Communication, Image and Social Media teams, ensuring consistency across project objectives and content production
- Coordinate communication flows and press office activities with external institutions, ensuring message alignment and consistency
- Support and nurture relationships with museums, institutions, foundations, cultural partners, curators and artists
- Contribute to the visibility and enhancement of Fondazione Bvlgari's cultural and philanthropic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–7 years of project management experience within museums, cultural institutions, foundations, art, culture, philanthropy or patronage sectors
- Degree in Management Engineering, Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Economics or equivalent field
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, budget monitoring, reporting and timeline management
- Deep understanding of museum and cultural institution operational dynamics
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional contexts
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English; French a valuable addition
- High level of autonomy, accountability and proactive problem-solving

Experience
6–7 years of project management experience within museums, cultural institutions, foundations, art, culture, philanthropy, patronage or related sectors, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception to delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Economics or a closely related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 55,000 per annum.
