Bulgari Production Planner (maternity cover, December 2026–June 2027) in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Fixed-term supply chain coordination role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate and implement weekly master production plans for all promotional perfume launches and gift programmes on a 12-month rolling basis, ensuring product availability at factory exit date
  • Monitor component availability with the purchasing team and reprogram the production schedule as necessary
  • Oversee and coordinate production follow-up with external subcontractors in collaboration with the planning team
  • Define, direct and coordinate product cost analysis for global perfume operations in collaboration with technical development and external manufacturing partners
  • Implement materials requirements planning for perfumes and semi-finished products in SAP, coordinating all relevant activities with purchasing, IT departments and external production sites
  • Manage cross-functional projects related to new global product safety regulations (CMR, PPWR, allergen laws, etc.)

Qualifications

  • University degree in logistics, supply chain planning or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of significant professional experience in supply chain-related roles
  • Expertise in project management and quantitative data analysis
  • Proficiency with scenario simulation and sensitivity analysis
  • Fluent in Italian, French and English
  • Rigorously organized and autonomous
