Bulgari seeks Product Marketing Manager in Florence, Italy to lead leather goods category strategy and product lifecycle management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks; prepare regular trend reports and competitive benchmarking with actionable recommendations
  • Drive product and collection strategy development, translating business objectives and market insights into clear product briefs and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate collection presentations, showroom launches and product storytelling materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage product data accuracy within PLM systems throughout collection development; maintain key documentation including product briefs, collection cockpits, delivery plans and pricing benchmarks
  • Prepare cross-functional tools and guidelines for collection launches, including visual merchandising guidelines, communication campaigns, sales forecasts and training materials
  • Own monthly sales forecasting for carry-over products and define seasonal forecasts for new collections, ensuring accuracy through continuous performance monitoring and regional alignment
  • Define target retail pricing for new developments to achieve margin objectives while maintaining pricing architecture consistency
  • Present collection strategies, business performance analyses and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, Communication and Retail teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage day-to-day product marketing activities and contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects related to category development

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, merchandising or related functions within luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Solid understanding of product marketing principles, collection development processes and product lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, consumer dynamics, competitive landscape and retail dynamics
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, forecasting, pricing strategies and business performance monitoring
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
