Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer IVALUA procurement software for comprehensive spend and supplier management.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts, supporting contract negotiations.
  • Analyze and monitor vendor spending, focusing on indirect purchasing for various categories.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in category analysis, market research, and strategy development.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor procurement performance.
  • Contribute to sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives, ensuring supplier compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a business school or hold a Master's degree in management.
  • Understanding of high luxury business requirements.
  • Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, including negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a business and customer-centric approach.

Effective time management and task prioritization. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
