Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary procurement reference point for assigned indirect spend categories, translating business requirements into effective sourcing and purchasing solutions
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for architecture, interior design, and visual merchandising services, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and define optimal procurement strategies
  • Lead sourcing initiatives from market analysis and supplier identification through tender management, commercial evaluation, and supplier selection
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to balance service quality, costs, and contractual terms
  • Oversee contract formalization, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and supplier commitments
  • Support purchase order issuance and coordinate operational follow-through of procurement activities
  • Monitor supplier performance and cultivate high-performing, reliable vendor relationships across assigned categories

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Purchasing, ideally within indirect categories and complex corporate environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end sourcing processes across multiple procurement categories
  • Proven ability to manage strategic procurement initiatives and day-to-day purchasing execution simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement methodologies, supplier management, and contract negotiation principles
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement platforms, Excel, and standard business software
