Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee external PR agencies, providing strategic direction and ensuring prompt, professional handling of all media inquiries
  • Monitor agency performance against KPIs and ensure consistent, high-quality media coverage across print and digital outlets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior editors, key journalists, and top-tier influencers to secure strong brand visibility
  • Lead creation and distribution of press kits, official statements, and press releases for key commercial seasons and brand milestones
  • Spearhead celebrity dressing strategy, including talent identification, gifting, and red-carpet placement for awards shows and film festivals
  • Manage end-to-end logistics of celebrity dressing requests, including product selection, fitting coordination, and on-site support
  • Lead celebrity seeding program, including contract negotiation, gifting strategies, usage rights, and ROI tracking
  • Oversee all celebrity-related logistics for brand events, including invitation management and on-site hospitality
  • Build and maintain a robust network of celebrity stylists, agents, and publicists to secure organic and paid endorsements
  • Lead the contract lifecycle for PR and celebrity activities, including negotiation and finalization with external partners
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and compliance requirements, managing internal approval workflows
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and budget allocation with accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing campaign performance, celebrity seeding ROI, and event-related PR impact
  • Oversee PR coverage reports, analyze share of voice, sentiment, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
  • 6–8 years of PR or communications experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office, media databases (e.g., DMR), and social media platforms
