Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal and counter sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Proactively develop new client relationships while nurturing and strengthening existing ones
- Implement business strategies following guidance of the Retail Manager
- Maximize selling opportunities across collections by tailoring recommendations to individual client needs
- Achieve and exceed personal KPIs set by line manager
- Deliver superior customer service through in-depth product knowledge and guidance through the full Bulgari journey
- Foster brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into an unforgettable luxury shopping experience
- Share and communicate the Maison's heritage, values, legacy, and mission with clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless and high-quality client experiences
- Support back-of-house operations including stock monitoring, replenishment, and shop floor stockholding
- Uphold pristine shop-floor standards and assist the Business Manager with additional tasks
- Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards aligned with Bulgari's luxury image
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in one-to-one sales environment, ideally within luxury department stores
- Experience in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury goods
- Exceptional customer service excellence with ability to create personalized experiences
- Strong selling skills and techniques with creative and self-confident client journey engagement
- Genuine passion in the fragrance and beauty industry with awareness of market trends
- Excellent grooming standards aligned with Bulgari's and Selfridges expectations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with positive and focused mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within luxury department stores. Experience in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury goods is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and delivering personalized luxury service in fast-paced retail environments.
