Bvlgari in Neuchâtel seeks a Perfume Sales Trainer to deliver regional fragrance training across Europe & Africa. Temporary role with extensive travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the regional fragrance training strategy in collaboration with Area Sales Managers, Global Training & Retail Excellence and Marketing/Sales teams.
- Adapt and enhance global training materials to local market specificities and maintain quality of training documentation.
- Deliver field coaching and in‑store training to Client Advisors to grow sales, market share and enhance the brand image.
- Coach and motivate POS teams to ensure consistent execution of product knowledge, sales pitch and the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies.
- Organise logistics for training sessions (locations, materials, invitations, training tools) and anticipate operational needs.
- Attend Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and cascade learnings and soft‑skills development to regional stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management on training methods and tools; produce consolidated training reports with session metrics and qualitative inputs.
- Plan and monitor training and travel expenses in line with budget and resource optimisation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training role within luxury retail, ideally with a fragrance or cosmetics brand.
- Proven experience coaching and developing sales teams at point of sale.
- Strong pedagogical techniques with high competence in presentations and group facilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Highly driven, proactive, flexible and able to work collaboratively across an international matrix.
- Available to travel extensively (approximately 80–90%) across Europe and Africa.

Experience
At least 5 years in a training position within luxury retail, preferably in fragrance or cosmetics, with demonstrated experience coaching client advisors and implementing in‑store sales training; willing to travel extensively (80–90%) across the Europe & Africa region.
Education
Degree in Marketing or Sales (or equivalent).
