Bulgari seeks a Perfume Sales Trainer (maternity cover) in Neuchâtel, Switzerland — regional fragrance trainer for Europe & Africa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, organise and deliver fragrance training programmes across the Europe & Africa region aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, Global Training & Retail Excellence and Marketing/Sales teams to identify regional training needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Adapt global training materials to local specificities and enhance existing content and support documents.
- Deliver field coaching to client advisors to grow sales, improve sell‑through, increase market share and uphold the brand image.
- Coach and motivate client advisors at point of sale to ensure product knowledge, sales pitch and the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies are consistently executed.
- Manage logistical aspects of training sessions (locations, materials, invitations and tools) and anticipate operational needs.
- Attend Train‑the‑Trainer sessions for continuous development and cascade learnings to management and local teams.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback reports after trainings, consolidating sessions, attendance and outcomes to tailor future programmes.
- Plan and monitor training and travel budgets, optimising resources and expenses.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a training role within luxury retail, preferably within fragrances or cosmetics.
- Proven experience coaching sales teams and delivering field training to retail advisors.
- Strong pedagogical and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to design and adapt learning materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, flexible and team oriented.
- Fluent in English, German and French; Italian is an advantage.
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively (approx. 80–90%).

Minimum five years’ experience in a training position within luxury retail, ideally in fragrance or cosmetics, with a demonstrable record of coaching sales teams and delivering regional field trainings.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
