Bulgari — Perfume Marketing Manager in Munich, Germany. Lead fragrance marketing for Germany, Austria & Netherlands: trade, retail execution, PR and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the local trade marketing strategy in line with global brand plans, managing A&P budget to deliver image, impact, sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead negotiations and client meetings with retail partners to present trade plans, agree execution and align on commercial outcomes.
  • Develop go‑to‑market plans for product launches and activations, coordinating campaigns, pop‑ups and in‑store events from concept through execution.
  • Ensure flawless in‑store execution and retail excellence across the network, including VM updates, maintenance and creation of bespoke brand corners.
  • Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines (planograms, scenography) to guarantee brand consistency and portfolio coherence.
  • Own local PR and social media initiatives to maximise coverage, visibility and engagement, and coordinate product seeding with agencies.
  • Manage influencer/KOL relationships through a Friend of House programme and deliver trade events and PR activations to boost awareness.
  • Set performance targets, monitor and analyse results, consolidate reporting and share best practices; recommend investment priorities, track ROI and adjust forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in marketing roles within the German market, preferably in luxury and beauty, with direct interaction with retail partners.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high‑impact marketing initiatives consistent with brand concept, with strong data interpretation and commercial decision‑making.
  • Established experience in PR, social media strategies and influencer management.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel approximately 25% of the time.
