Perfume Marketing Manager role at Bulgari in London. Lead UK & Ireland marketing strategy, retail excellence, and brand amplification for luxury perfume portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-develop local trade marketing strategy aligned with regional and global guidelines, intelligently allocating Advertising & Promotion budgets to achieve image, impact, sales and profitability targets
- Engage in client meetings with retail partners to present, negotiate and execute win-win trade plans with clear alignment on vision, execution and expected outcomes
- Orchestrate go-to-market strategies for product launches, from initial concept through final execution, including promotional campaigns, pop-ups and in-store events
- Ensure flawless in-store execution across the POS network, maintaining visual merchandising standards, planogram creation and maintenance, and overseeing e-commerce brand pages and product assortments
- Drive creation and installation of personalized retail spaces in collaboration with retailer clients, interior design and sales teams to elevate brand image and enhance customer experience
- Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines, planograms and scenography to maintain brand coherency and reinforce premium positioning
- Develop comprehensive 360-degree PR calendars in alignment with international guidelines whilst identifying market-specific opportunities for the UK market
- Systematically seed products to press and influencers to drive growth in industry rankings and achieve defined print, digital and social EMV targets
- Foster and cultivate journalist relationships to generate organic editorial coverage and amplify brand narrative
- Pilot print and social media partnerships to drive brand desirability and market growth
- Manage marketing budgets, operational processes including FOC support and PO management, and establish clear performance targets
- Monitor and analyze quantitative and qualitative marketing results, making strategic recommendations for continuous campaign improvement
- Track ROI, consolidate best practices and share marketing insights with internal and external stakeholders
- Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence and consumer insights into actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within luxury or beauty sectors
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives whilst maintaining brand identity adherence
- Direct experience with retail partner engagement and management
- Deep expertise in PR and social media strategy development and execution
- Strong data analysis capabilities and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent operational, communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing roles, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry with direct interaction with retail partners. Previous experience in the UK market is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
