Bulgari is seeking a Perfume Marketing Intern to support regional marketing strategy and activations across Europe and Africa, with a focus on Export and additional support for the Domestic Market. Responsibilities span trade marketing, retail excellence, PR, e-commerce, business intelligence, operational coordination, and regional reporting. This full-time internship runs from February to July 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to local marketing plans for domestic channels, aligning execution with global strategy and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Adapt global guidelines to local market characteristics, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics to elevate the in-store experience.
  • Assist in creating and developing point-of-sale animation tools, including on-counter experiences, wrapping rituals, and service enhancements.
  • Support annual marketing plan implementation with distributors, sales teams, and marketing teams, including product launches and additional in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Support CAPEX projects across domestic markets, including upgrades and new openings, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate organic seeding initiatives for launches across key markets, ensuring follow-up and supporting regional influencer-led activations.
  • Support regional PR coordination, including monthly performance reporting and regional activations.
  • Help optimize product assortment and ensure new products are available in line with worldwide launch timings.
  • Enhance the brand's online image and monitor visual updates according to the launch calendar.
  • Support the execution and follow-up of e-commerce strategy across markets.
  • Gather and consolidate qualitative and quantitative market feedback to evaluate regional activation impact.
  • Analyze launch performance, including sell-out, overall performance, and animation results.
  • Assist in preparing launch and activation reports to track campaign outcomes, visibility, and engagement.
  • Consolidate and highlight key results and notable Export-region activations for the monthly regional newsletter.
  • Monitor and coordinate stock and product orders for internal use, including uniforms, visual merchandising props, and sampling tools.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Visual Identity, PR, Events, and other internal departments to deliver projects successfully.
  • Manage incentive orders linked to marketing or trade initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Coordinate marketing content for the monthly regional newsletter across Travel Retail, Domestic, and affiliate channels.
  • Consolidate monthly communication reports, including PR and KOL performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing managers to synthesize and analyze launch reports.
  • Support the organization of team seminars, off-sites, and internal events.

Qualifications

  • In the final year of a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and seeking a six-month internship in an international, dynamic environment.
  • Ideally, initial experience in marketing, retail, or business operations, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative, curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage varied cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take initiative confidently.
  • Business-minded and analytical, combining strategic sensitivity with operational rigor.
