PCM Coordinator at Bulgari, New York – luxury UHNW client operations and High Jewelry support, $35–$40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full operational support from client request through delivery, including payment processing, GR confirmation, and product accuracy verification
- Coordinate High Jewelry event logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up across domestic and international activations
- Manage comprehensive travel itineraries and arrangements for VIP clients, including booking, bios, RSVPs, dietary requirements, and documentation
- Execute store transfers, shipments, and logistics coordination while overseeing repair timelines and delivery accuracy
- Develop and maintain digital client pipelines, KPI trackers, sales progress dashboards, and deadline management systems
- Liaise with High End product teams to create monthly client-facing lookbooks tailored to individual client outreach strategies
- Support CRM-driven PCM initiatives and client journey mapping to enhance personalization and relationship depth
- Prepare comprehensive client assortments, presentations, and lookbooks, and manage VIP gifting for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
- Maintain discretion and deliver Bulgari-level hospitality while managing UHNW client sensitivities and expectations
- Coordinate internally with High End, Alta Gamma, CRM, Events, Merchandising, Back-of-House, Logistics, After-Sales, Boutiques, and Corporate Partners to accelerate timelines and resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executives in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion, or High Jewelry environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage thoughtfully with ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, discretion, and proactive problem-solving in high-pressure luxury settings
- Strong organizational ability and composure under demanding, constantly shifting priorities
- Proven track record of meticulous follow-through and anticipatory support
