Bulgari seeks a PCM Coordinator in New York to support High Jewelry VIP clients across logistics, events, CRM and concierge operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end operational support for High Jewelry client requests, from initial inquiry through delivery and after‑sales follow-up.
- Manage payment processing, GR confirmation, accurate product checks, invoicing and urgent payments to ensure flawless store-level transactions.
- Coordinate store transfers, shipments, logistics timelines and oversee repairs with internal and external partners.
- Plan and execute logistics for High Jewelry events, provide on-site event support, and manage post-event follow-up.
- Book and manage domestic and international VIP travel itineraries, including visas, RSVPs, bios, dietary requirements and bespoke travel arrangements.
- Prepare personalised client assortments, lookbooks and presentations; collaborate with High End product teams on client-facing materials.
- Maintain digital client files and pipelines; create and manage KPI, sales progress and deadline trackers.
- Oversee inventory of gifting items and manage high-level client gifting (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, special occasions).
- Anticipate issues and sensitivities proactively, escalate appropriately, and own operational tasks to allow PCMs to focus on client engagement.
- Liaise cross-functionally with High End, High End Watches, Alta Gamma, CRM, Events, Merchandising, BOH, Logistics, After Sales, Boutiques and corporate partners to accelerate action and resolve timeline stalls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supporting executives or senior client-facing teams within luxury, retail, hospitality, fashion or fine jewellery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with impeccable discretion when handling UHNW client interactions.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, with exemplary attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- High emotional intelligence, proactive mindset and demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite; comfortable using CRM systems for client outreach and tracking.
- Willingness and availability to support evening and weekend events as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years supporting executives or senior client teams in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion or High Jewelry, with direct exposure to VIP/UHNW client service and event operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail, hospitality or executive support will be considered.
