Bulgari Outsourced Manufacturing Specialist in Valenza, Italy. Manage external suppliers and production processes, EUR 30,000 annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor external manufacturing site performance, implementing and continuously enhancing industrial strategy
  • Manage relationships and negotiate with the external supplier network, including processing phase providers, finished product suppliers, and semi-finished material vendors
  • Plan and monitor external supplier deliveries whilst tracking raw material inventory levels at supplier facilities
  • Develop and implement supplier evaluation systems, establishing appropriate KPIs and monitoring performance metrics
  • Monitor external pricing and negotiate rates to ensure competitiveness relative to internal manufacturing
  • Support external suppliers in improving service levels across delivery, quality, logistics, and finance
  • Monitor procurement activities with external suppliers in collaboration with the planning department
  • Issue purchase orders in compliance with component stock targets and ensure follow-up, particularly regarding deadline and quantity adherence
  • Independently manage business improvement projects
  • Coordinate supplier management across Outsourced Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Execution teams
  • Provide operational support to the team

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
  • Proficient in Excel including formulas, data management, and pivot tables
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Power BI (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
