Bulgari Outsourced Manufacturing Specialist in Valenza, Italy. Manage external suppliers and production processes, EUR 30,000 annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor external manufacturing site performance, implementing and continuously enhancing industrial strategy
- Manage relationships and negotiate with the external supplier network, including processing phase providers, finished product suppliers, and semi-finished material vendors
- Plan and monitor external supplier deliveries whilst tracking raw material inventory levels at supplier facilities
- Develop and implement supplier evaluation systems, establishing appropriate KPIs and monitoring performance metrics
- Monitor external pricing and negotiate rates to ensure competitiveness relative to internal manufacturing
- Support external suppliers in improving service levels across delivery, quality, logistics, and finance
- Monitor procurement activities with external suppliers in collaboration with the planning department
- Issue purchase orders in compliance with component stock targets and ensure follow-up, particularly regarding deadline and quantity adherence
- Independently manage business improvement projects
- Coordinate supplier management across Outsourced Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Execution teams
- Provide operational support to the team
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Proficient in Excel including formulas, data management, and pivot tables
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques (preferred)
- Proficiency in Power BI (preferred)
- Strong negotiation capabilities

Experience
