Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations including access control, supplies, minor repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate relationships with external suppliers and service providers (furniture, office supplies, maintenance).
  • Handle front‑of‑house responsibilities: telephone reception, greeting external visitors and managing incoming deliveries.
  • Organise and manage internal sales events and staff sales for Bvlgari and LVMH personnel.
  • Support building safety and compliance activities (fire safety coordination, basic regulatory follow‑up).
  • Provide executive assistance to members of the executive committee: calendar management, meeting preparation and minute taking.
  • Assist with organisation of events and internal meetings, including logistics, room set‑up and documentation.
  • Administer business travel and expense reports for the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in final year of higher education (Bachelor’s level Bac+3 to Master’s level Bac+5) within a work‑study/alternance programme.
  • At least one relevant professional experience in a corporate or luxury retail environment is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomy and demonstrated initiative.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and client‑service orientation.
  • Good command of standard office tools and a willingness to learn internal systems.

Experience

Suitable for entry‑level candidates or final‑year students; a first proven internship or short professional experience in an office, retail or corporate environment is preferred.
