Role & Responsibilities
- Support media campaign execution by collecting and integrating media assets into launch reports.
- Organize campaign materials from global teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Facilitate communication with mall landlords for OOH advertising, including legal reviews and contract management.
- Oversee installation and verification of OOH campaigns, providing proof of performance and post-campaign reports.
- Manage product loans for shoots, coordinating with PR, logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams.
- Collaborate on translation and proofreading of English/Chinese branding materials.
- Create and issue purchase orders, processing vendor payments accurately and timely.
- Arrange internal meetings and document meeting notes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student from a relevant field, available at least 4 days per week.
- Great command of written and spoken English.
Skills
Experience
Ideally, candidates should have experience in a marketing position within the retail industry of well-known brands.
