Bulgari Paris: 6-month Media & Special Projects Communication Assistant internship beginning January 2027. Business school graduates fluent in English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to media strategy development and participate in agency relations coordination
- Order, track, and manage advertising visual assets and campaign deliverables
- Monitor media campaign invoicing and expenditure reporting
- Support the development and execution of communication strategy initiatives
- Track and manage special projects throughout their lifecycle
- Provide reporting and competitive intelligence to the communications team
- Assist on 360-degree marketing and communications projects
- Provide logistical and administrative support for press shoots and media events
Qualifications
- Advanced education in business school or equivalent higher education
- Fluent English proficiency
- Understanding of communications department needs and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
