Bvlgari seeks a Marketing Manager for LATAM in Miami to drive fragrance growth across Latin America distributor markets. Full-time hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact and strategic partner for distributor partners across Latin America, supporting development and execution of annual marketing plans and launch strategies
  • Support distributor business reviews, market presentations, and project briefs; cultivate strong partnerships through ongoing engagement to identify opportunities and align on priorities
  • Manage co-op marketing budgets, calendars, project timelines, and program recaps for distributor partners across the region
  • Partner with distributor teams to develop and execute in-store events, client experiences, retailer activations, and launch support programs aligned with business priorities
  • Develop PR, influencer, and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Latin America in partnership with the Marketing Director
  • Identify potential brand partners and product seeding opportunities; build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and key industry contacts
  • Support launch execution and core business priorities across the fragrance portfolio; translate global product storytelling into locally relevant marketing initiatives
  • Analyze distributor sales performance, market trends, business KPIs, and competitive activity to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities
  • Lead collateral forecasting and allocation planning for launches, sampling programs, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and key marketing programs across the region
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, visual execution, and consumer experience across distributor markets; partner collaboratively across global, commercial, and e-commerce teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management
  • Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or fashion industries strongly preferred
  • Experience working with distributor partners across Latin America or within regional marketing organizations strongly preferred
  • Experience managing marketing budgets required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate business performance into actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of PR, social media, influencer marketing, and communications programs
  • Fluent in Spanish and English required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
