Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the entire production flow from semi-finished materials to finished product, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and optimal workload distribution across production islands
• Monitor and optimize production operating expenses (Opex) against established budgets
• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies and drive continuous innovation and improvement, with particular focus on precious material management and gold recovery
• Supervise, develop, and motivate Associate Managers, allocating resources strategically to achieve organizational objectives
• Serve as primary liaison between production and other organizational departments, ensuring integrated cross-functional collaboration
• Uphold Bulgari quality standards throughout all production phases and manage non-conformity procedures
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and all corporate safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in industrial production processes and team management, preferably within the luxury sector
• Technical degree in fields such as Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office suite, and Power BI
• Fluent English (spoken and written); French language knowledge is a plus
• Lean Manufacturing certification or equivalent knowledge is advantageous

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial production processes and team management, ideally within the luxury goods sector. Proven track record in implementing process improvements, managing multi-functional production teams, and delivering results against demanding timelines and cost targets.

Education

Technical degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent discipline.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
