Bulgari Valenza seeks Manufacturing Senior Manager to oversee jewelry production operations. Lead teams, optimize costs, and maintain quality standards. Permanent hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the entire production flow from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and optimal workload distribution across production islands
- Monitor and optimize production operating expenses (Opex) against approved budgets
- Implement lean manufacturing methodologies, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement with particular focus on precious material management and gold recovery
- Supervise, develop, and motivate Associate Manager teams; allocate resources strategically to achieve operational objectives
- Serve as primary liaison with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination
- Enforce Bulgari quality standards across all production phases and manage non-conformity issues
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Degree in technical discipline (e.g., Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- French language knowledge is a plus
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in industrial production processes and team management, preferably in the luxury sector. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is advantageous.
Education
Degree in a technical discipline such as Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering
