Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional selling experiences to all clients and prospects entering the boutique, regardless of their needs—browsing, purchase, care, or complaints—while maintaining brand-aligned service standards
  • Maintain accurate client information in the company CRM system and execute personalized 1-to-1 CRM initiatives according to established guidelines
  • Address complex client complaints with diplomatic professionalism, offering resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation while satisfying client concerns
  • Serve as a proactive liaison between clients and local or central service departments
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store KPIs
