Bvlgari in Paris seeks a Local Sales Trainer (CDI) to lead retail training for France & Monaco, enhancing client experience and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy product, sales technique and brand training across retail teams for France and Monaco, ensuring consistent execution in stores.
- Own core training curricula that underpin the client experience and foster a unified team culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the Training Manager and boutique Directors to monitor customer-experience KPIs, analyse results and implement corrective training action plans to lift performance.
- Drive engagement and adoption of digital learning: promote corporate applications, ensure active participation and share best practices across teams.
- Deliver onboarding and induction programs for new hires and run regular face-to-face and digital training sessions.
- Manage e-learning completion, administer the associated learning platform and produce regular progress and engagement reports.
- Develop and energise product ambassador communities to act as peer trainers and local learning relays.
- Support Retail in designing training action plans based on sales-performance analysis and Voice of the Client insights.
- Act as a change agent to embed hospitality and client-experience initiatives and maintain the Selling Experience program.
- Unify teams around a culture of service excellence and continuous development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in retail training or learning & development within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable ability to design, deliver and evaluate training modules focused on client experience and team culture.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret customer-experience KPIs and convert insights into pragmatic training plans.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with proven ability to influence boutique leadership and frontline teams.
- High digital literacy with experience managing e-learning platforms and encouraging adoption of corporate applications.
- Autonomous, organised and able to manage multiple training projects across a geographic zone.
- French native or equivalent; excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Minimum five years of demonstrable experience in retail training or learning & development roles within the luxury retail sector, with responsibility for deployment across multiple stores or a geographic zone.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, hospitality, education or a related field; professional certification in learning & development or adult education preferred.
