Bulgari seeks a Local Sales Trainer in Munich to develop and deliver retail training across the watches & accessories network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the local training strategy in alignment with the worldwide (WW) training plan, adapting priorities to market needs and business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver classroom and in‑store training sessions on selling skills, product knowledge and the Brand universe; ensure post‑training anchoring through Store Manager partnership and activation tools.
- Adapt and localize HQ training materials — including translation, proofreading and cultural alignment — and design supplementary content to address identified local gaps.
- Conduct in‑store observations and analyse qualitative and quantitative performance indicators to build targeted local training action plans.
- Provide ongoing coaching and on‑the‑floor support; identify and develop Watches & Accessories in‑store ambassadors through dedicated development plans.
- Partner with Store Management to lead people‑development discussions, propose corrective actions and share best practices across the store network.
- Organize and deliver onboarding programs for new Client Advisors and Store Managers; support Business Partner teams with Brand and product training when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail training, field coaching or learning & development within a structured multi‑store network.
- Proven capability in training program management: planning, deployment and follow‑up.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills in both classroom and in‑store environments and a track record of effective coaching and mentoring.
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to translate technical features into compelling selling stories and client experiences.
- Flexibility and mobility to travel across the assigned perimeter and maintain a regular in‑store presence.
- Fluent English required; German strongly preferred; Dutch and/or Czech are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience delivering retail training or field coaching across a multi‑store environment, with demonstrable results in sales performance improvement and people development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, human resources, education, or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
