Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Legal Department’s General Legal Affairs team in managing commercial legal matters connected to the Group’s business objectives.
- Assist in adaptation, revision and standardisation of commercial agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassador, events, agency, design and related contracts).
- Provide legal research and prepare concise memoranda on topics relevant to the Group’s activities and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to preparation of internal trainings and presentation materials (research, slides, supporting documentation).
- Monitor and report on developments in national and international laws and regulations affecting the business and corporate compliance obligations.
- Support contract review and drafting under the supervision of senior lawyers, including preparing redlines and annotations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Law (LLB, JD or equivalent).
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to tasks.

Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent law graduates. Prior internship or academic experience in corporate/commercial law, contract work or compliance is advantageous but not required.
