Bulgari Rome | Legal Affairs Intern | Corporate Legal Department | Support general counsel and compliance initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the adaptation and revision of standard agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassadors, events, agency, design, etc.) to reflect changes in laws, regulations, business strategy, and operational models
  • Support the preparation of training materials, including research and presentation slides on legal topics
  • Conduct in-depth research on topics relevant to the Group's business activities and legal environment
  • Monitor updates and developments in current laws and regulations pertaining to areas of strategic interest

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Law program
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to legal challenges
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written
