Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the adaptation and revision of standard agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassadors, events, agency, design, etc.) to reflect changes in laws, regulations, business strategy, and operational models
- Support the preparation of training materials, including research and presentation slides on legal topics
- Conduct in-depth research on topics relevant to the Group's business activities and legal environment
- Monitor updates and developments in current laws and regulations pertaining to areas of strategic interest
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Law program
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to legal challenges
- Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written

Experience
Beginner-level experience; candidates may be current students or recent law graduates with minimal professional legal experience.
Education
Student or graduate in Law.
