Bulgari in Rome seeks a Learning Specialist (maternity cover): temporary on-site L&D role supporting corporate training and LMS activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate training needs from corporate departments, local HR teams and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of classroom, digital and blended learning initiatives, including scheduling, enrolment and logistics.
- Create, update and publish training materials and digital learning content using authoring tools and the corporate Learning Management System.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external providers and local HR teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of programmes (onboarding, compliance, language, IT, CSR, D&I, data protection, environmental training).
- Monitor attendance, participant feedback and learning metrics; prepare reports for internal stakeholders, Group counterparts and audits.
- Maintain accurate training records and learning data within relevant systems and provide daily support to employees and managers on learning tools and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning materials, methodologies and digital experiences through a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, training, HR or similar support roles.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional language is advantageous.
- Strong digital confidence and demonstrable interest in learning technologies and e‑learning authoring.
- Prior experience in an international or corporate environment is a plus.
- Availability to start June 2026 for a maternity cover assignment.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in learning & development, corporate training coordination or HR support roles, preferably within an international or matrixed organisation.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
