Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of all training programs and activities, including venue arrangements, agenda preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing the logistics of orientation training for new hires.
- Serve as the primary contact for all external vendors related to learning and development.
- Handle registration, enrollment, and tracking of training records, as well as relevant reports and data analysis.
- Manage learning and development payments, including opening purchase orders, invoicing, and processing online approvals.
- Oversee the management and filing of training contracts.
- Perform written English/Chinese translation tasks as required.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
