Bulgari seeks a Key Account Manager — Perfume (Germany, Austria & Netherlands) based in Munich to lead key retail partnerships and drive P&L for Bulgari Parfums.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Bulgari Parfums across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, translating brand objectives into market and account‑level plans.
- Own business development for key retail partners (primarily Douglas, Flaconi and Parfum Dreams), driving sell‑in, sell‑out, market share and ranking performance.
- Lead contract and commercial negotiations end‑to‑end, defining strategy, engaging stakeholders and securing agreements aligned with brand positioning.
- Define priorities and allocate budget and resources to achieve sales targets, KPIs and profitability objectives.
- Manage P&L with the objective of improving operating profit and contribution margin; deliver accurate forecasts and assortment optimisation.
- Ensure flawless in‑store and online execution that preserves the luxury positioning of Bulgari Parfums and complies with distribution standards.
- Produce quantitative and qualitative performance reports, identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Build and sustain high‑value relationships with internal teams and external partners; represent the brand with credibility and commercial acumen.
- Provide leadership and support to cross‑functional colleagues, energising the team and driving progress against objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and marketing, with substantial exposure to the fragrance or luxury sector in Germany.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent education.
- Proven track record in strategic business planning and execution across sales, marketing, team management and market development.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience closing complex retail agreements.
- Solid experience in P&L management, forecasting and profit optimisation.
- Strong command of IT reporting tools and the ability to generate actionable commercial insights.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible and mobile for approximately 25% business travel.
- High degree of autonomy, a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, and the ability to build constructive relationships at all levels.

At least 10 years of progressive responsibility in sales and marketing within the fragrance or luxury industry, with demonstrable success managing major retail accounts and improving commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
