Jewelry Sales Trainer at Bulgari in Rome: design and deploy luxury retail training programs. EUR 50,000 + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the annual category training calendar in collaboration with the Jewelry Business Unit and training stakeholders, organizing retro-planning and activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Design and develop comprehensive jewelry training programs using dedicated platforms such as Articulate Rise, incorporating both digital self-learning and in-class delivery components
- Deliver training courses to Local Sales Trainers during Train-the-Trainer sessions, maintaining regular communication to ensure effective local facilitation capacity
- Collect and analyze feedback from Local Sales Trainers to identify training needs and recommend improvements to training tools and methodologies
- Oversee and manage training data for all jewelry programs, ensuring alignment with product training priorities and performance improvement areas
Qualifications
- Business school degree or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in equivalent or similar training and sales development roles
- Strong product knowledge in jewelry and gemstones, with understanding of market dynamics and retail trends
- Advanced proficiency in adult learning principles, blended training methodologies, and sales communication techniques
- Project management expertise
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages preferred
- Proficiency in the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator advantageous
- Experience with video production and editing tools is a plus

Experience
At least 6 years of professional experience in training, sales development, or equivalent roles within luxury retail or hospitality environments, with demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training programs to multi-level retail teams.
Education
Business school degree or equivalent university qualification in a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 50,000 per annum.
