Bulgari seeks a Jewelry Product Marketing Specialist in Rome, Italy to develop portfolio strategy and manage product lifecycles for luxury jewelry collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support senior management in defining portfolio marketing strategy for the jewelry category, including target consumer identification, product concept development, price positioning, distribution channels, revenue projections, and target margin expectations, with focus on the 3-year plan and strict adherence to budget guidelines
  • Evaluate performance metrics on assigned collections and market conditions to identify business opportunities, analyze consumer insights and industry trends, and propose portfolio evolution strategies
  • Guide development of product marketing briefs aligned with brand strategy and oversee the product development process with stakeholders, collaborating closely with the design team to develop compelling, innovative creative directions and storytelling
  • Supervise product portfolio and lifecycle management for assigned collections, proposing corrective marketing and product plan actions as needed
  • Implement current-year product launches in cooperation with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments to define assortments, forecast evolution, and ensure product availability
  • Collaborate with Global Brand and Communication departments to ensure alignment of communication plans (campaigns, ATL, BTL, events) with brand long-term strategy and positioning
  • Coordinate internal marketing team on cross-collection initiatives including market liaison activities, process improvements, product photography, campaigns, and market research

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within luxury jewelry brands
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands, fashion industry, and current consumer trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing and merchandising techniques
  • Proficiency in analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
  • Proven project management capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Competence with IT applications including SAP/ERP systems, Business Warehouse (BW), and Microsoft Office
