Bulgari seeks a Jewelry Product Marketing Specialist in Rome, Italy to develop portfolio strategy and manage product lifecycles for assigned collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to product portfolio strategy and product lifecycle management for assigned jewelry collections in alignment with brand positioning, market evidence, and commercial potential
- Support senior management in defining portfolio marketing strategy for the jewelry category, including consumer targeting, product concept development, price positioning, distribution channel selection, revenue forecasts, and margin targets with focus on the three-year plan and budget compliance
- Analyze collection performance and market trends to identify business opportunities for portfolio evolution, including new market segments, product line extensions, and consumer insights
- Develop detailed product marketing briefs in collaboration with design teams to ensure consistent yet innovative storytelling and comprehensive product development execution
- Supervise product portfolio and lifecycle management of assigned collections; propose corrective marketing and product plan actions as needed
- Coordinate current-year product launches in cooperation with central merchandising and supply chain departments to define product assortments, sales forecasts, and ensure product availability
- Partner with global brand and communication departments to align communication strategies (campaigns, ATL, BTL, events) with long-term brand positioning
- Coordinate internal jewelry business unit marketing team activities including market liaison, process improvements, photography shoots, campaigns, and market research across collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar product marketing or merchandising roles, preferably within jewelry or luxury brands
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, fashion industry dynamics, and current market trends
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing and merchandising techniques
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proven project management experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency with enterprise systems (SAP/ERP, BW) and Microsoft Office applications
