Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake a structured, on-site training programme within the Bulgari Jewellery Academy under the supervision of master craftsmen.
- Execute goldsmithing, stone-setting and finishing/cleaning operations to exacting quality and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and precision in all manual tasks, ensuring compliance with Bulgari quality controls.
- Collaborate with small artisan teams, taking direction from senior technicians and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Adhere to health, safety and production procedures within a manufacturing environment and be available for shift work.
Qualifications
- Completion of vocational/professional courses in goldsmithing or a related craft, or demonstrable first experience in the jewellery sector.
- Solid knowledge of principal goldsmithing techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor control.
- Strong attention to detail, precision and pride in finishing.
- Team-oriented mindset and availability to work on shifts.

Experience
Initial or brief professional experience in the goldsmithing/oreficeria sector or completion of relevant vocational training; prior exposure to stone setting or finishing is advantageous.
Education
Vocational diploma or completed professional courses in goldsmithing, jewellery making, or an equivalent apprenticeship.
