Bulgari — Jewellery Polisher (Temporary) in Dublin. On-site polishing technician role requiring precious-metal finishing and quality control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the full polishing cycle for jewellery and watch components according to technical documentation, working cycles and internal procedures.
- Operate and maintain polishing equipment and supporting machines, including polishing machine, ultrasonic washing machine, rhodium plating units, laser welder and laser engraving tools.
- Perform manual finishing and surface restoration on precious metals and alternative materials while respecting material-specific properties (gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel, gemstones, diamonds).
- Carry out self-quality control in line with internal QC procedures and guarantee assigned productivity targets (quantity, lead times and quality).
- Manage waste and material recovery processes to support precious-material reclamation.
- Maintain inventory records and support WMS-driven stock controls.
- Apply Lean principles (5S) to sustain workplace organisation and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to health, safety and environmental rules and applicable regulations (including RJC and CoC guidelines).
- Support rework projects, company training programmes and accept up to approximately 10% international travel annually.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' practical experience in jewellery polishing, hand-finishing or goldsmithing.
- Third-level education or equivalent qualification in jewellery-making, metalsmithing or a related craft.
- Familiarity with product technical specifications, goldsmithing tools and polishing techniques, and knowledge of material chemical properties.
- Understanding of safety processes and relevant legislation; knowledge of industry standards (RJC, CoC).
- Eligible to work 40 hours per week with no restrictions and available to start shifts beginning at 7:00 AM Monday–Friday.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in jewellery polishing, finishing or related goldsmith work, including experience with precious metals and gemstones and familiarity with quality-control processes.
Education
Third-level education (degree, diploma or equivalent) in jewellery-making, metalsmithing, or a related technical craft.
