Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels and traceability across boutiques, seasonal stores, PR activities, events, consignment and intra-group movements.
- Execute, monitor and reconcile intrashop and intra-group stock transfers in SAP to guarantee ledger accuracy and full traceability.
- Plan and support seasonal boutique openings and closures, coordinating shipments and logistics partner activities to ensure timely operational readiness.
- Perform physical inventory counts, analyse variances, execute inventory adjustments (ADJ) and drive root-cause remediation with boutiques and stakeholders.
- Control inbound and outbound flows, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with retail teams and logistics providers.
- Produce inventory reports and stock analyses, manage obsolescence and destruction documentation, and support valuation activities.
- Manage distributor returns including physical inspection, valuation, SAP postings and re‑labeling procedures.
- Support customs documentation, proforma invoicing and airport operations to ensure compliance with cross-border regulations.
- Ensure correct handling of buybacks, consignment-out, product recalls and related operational processes.
- Act as an operational advisor to boutiques on inventory processes and KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, Retail, Logistics, PR and Corporate stakeholders to safeguard business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in inventory control, retail operations, logistics or finance operations; experience within luxury retail or watches & jewellery preferred.
- Operational knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage.
- Practical understanding of customs documentation and shipping procedures.
- Fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Availability to support peak periods (physical inventories, seasonal openings and events).

Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, retail operations, logistics or finance operations; prior exposure to luxury retail environments and high-value product handling is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
