Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist at Bulgari, Rome. Full-time logistics role managing high jewelry workshop operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all logistics activities including picking, packing, good receipt, and good issue for national and international shipments, verifying product conformity and documentation compliance with import/export regulations
- Manage and register product intra-plant movements in the system and support product managers with finalization and reworking flows
- Conduct periodic inventory counts, manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers, and address inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values in accordance with F&A procedures
- Support management with KPI analysis, logistics dashboard updates, and optimization of inventory control records
- Provide logistics support for events and fairs, serve as a reference point for IT projects, and collaborate on implementation of new flows and tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- Minimum 2–3 years' professional experience in similar roles within structured environments or consultancy firms
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse management, and stock control systems
- Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel); SAP or Power BI experience is advantageous
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in inventory management, logistics operations, or supply chain roles within structured corporate environments or consultancy firms. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, stock management, and order fulfillment processes.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 32,000 per annum.
