Bulgari Rome: Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist in High Jewelry Supply Chain. Full-time role managing logistics and stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, goods receipt, and goods issue activities for national and international shipments, verifying product conformity and documentation compliance with import/export regulations
- Manage intra-plant product movements and register pertinent data in logistics systems
- Support Product Managers with product finalization and reworking flows
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock discrepancies with financial records according to F&A procedures
- Analyze KPIs and maintain logistics performance dashboards in collaboration with management
- Perform supplier and internal customer reconciliations according to company procedures
- Provide logistics support for events, exhibitions, and special initiatives
- Maintain accurate inventory control records and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a reference point for IT systems projects and support implementation of new workflows and tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within structured environments or consultancy firms
- Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse management, and stock control systems
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Understanding of import/export regulations and compliance requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management roles within structured corporate environments or professional services firms.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
