Bulgari in Florence seeks an Inventory & Distribution Planner (Leather Goods & Accessories) to manage TSL and worldwide stock allocation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define Target Stock Levels (TSL) at country and store level based on global inventory targets, service levels (coverage and rotation) and boutique assortments.
- Allocate leather goods and accessories inventory worldwide by channel and location to optimise sell‑in and sell‑out while minimising stock‑holding, stock outs and backorders.
- Monitor TSL and assortment performance, identify fluctuations and implement corrective actions to maximise stock rotation and product availability.
- Collaborate closely with Supply, Demand Planning and Markets to communicate TSL updates and ensure coherent distribution strategy.
- Support Merchandising and Marketing on sales events, product launches, shop openings, ramp‑ups, closures and pop‑up operations.
- Coordinate seasonal buyback campaigns and local stock rebalancing with regional supply chain teams.
- Calculate and report product availability and launch status; partner with Sales, Merchandising and Marketing to align inventory with customer demand.
- Develop, track and refine country/boutique KPIs for stock and distribution performance in partnership with Supply Chain Business Intelligence and Reporting.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required; engineering background considered an advantage.
- Minimum three years' experience in inventory planning, allocation or distribution within luxury retail or supply chain environments.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control and demand/distribution planning methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in inventory, allocation or distribution planning, preferably with exposure to leather goods, accessories or luxury retail channels and global stock allocation processes.
Education
Master’s degree; engineering discipline considered a plus.
