Bulgari seeks an Internal Communication Specialist in Rome for maternity cover. Support global internal communications campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of global internal communication campaigns aligned with business priorities and corporate initiatives
- Create, edit and publish engaging content across internal channels including MyBvlgari Intranet, news articles, email communications, Viva Engage, digital signage and event materials
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars and communication plans ensuring timely and consistent content delivery
- Coordinate content reviews, translations and localization activities across global audiences
- Manage and continuously update MyBvlgari and internal communication platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency and user engagement
- Assist in coordinating content publication workflows and governance processes across digital channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on initiatives to enhance employee digital communication experience
- Support communication activities related to employee engagement, company values, employer branding and corporate culture projects
- Coordinate organization and management of key corporate events including the Annual Meeting, Bvlgari Day and internal initiatives
- Assist business functions in preparing communication materials for internal initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with Corporate Functions, HR teams, local teams, Brand & Marketing teams, LVMH stakeholders and external agencies
- Coordinate communication approval workflows ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and brand identity
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support communication needs and project execution
- Contribute to enhancement of communication processes, channels and content formats through feedback and best practices sharing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of corporate communication experience in a global or regional role
- Knowledge of internal communication principles and content creation
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as SharePoint, intranet systems and collaboration tools
- Basic knowledge of communication analytics and reporting
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience with content management and editorial planning is advantageous
- Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Copilot is considered an advantage
