Role & Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop detailed project plans including timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project progress, track status, and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Act as the central hub for project information, regularly reporting project status, risks, and key decision points to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budget development, tracking, and control; coordinate and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Lead project acceptance, lessons learned sessions, documentation archiving, and formal project closure.
  • Assist in all phases of the project lifecycle, including documentation preparation and maintenance.
  • Work with legal offices for contract preparation and follow up on invoices and payments with finance.
  • Coordinate minor renovations and store maintenance to meet Bulgari standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regional store database and inventory list.
  • Support in-store activities and events from a technical perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with LVMH and Bulgari policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Skills

Strong knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools. Proficient in mainstream project management methodology. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. Solid analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in IT applications such as Office, AutoCAD, and Excel.

Experience

3-5+ years of experience in interior design or project management, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
