Bvlgari is seeking an Industrialization Methods Intern to support the standardization and repeatability of manufacturing processes for new watch components, working with Methods, Logistics, BT and production teams. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in February 2027, based in Saignelégier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in manufacturing process reviews with subject-matter experts and document the strategy.
- Document process reviews that have already been implemented.
- Prepare phase plans for the different preparations of the defined process.
- Lead the deployment of the SMED system in the polishing and grinding workshop to ensure the performance and repeatability of STUPs.
- Inventory and register consumables in the ERP system and help strengthen their management procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems.
- Participate in the industrial methods team’s morning meeting.
- Support other actions led by team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for an engineering degree and seeking an internship.
- Strong technical curiosity and an interest in discovering manufacturing processes in an industrial environment.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and communicating with production employees and Methods teams.
- Conscientious, rigorous and patient, with confidence in technical organization and management.
- Good knowledge of CREO CAD and ISO-GPS dimensioning.
- Knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP, and Windchill is an advantage.
- Confident using Office 365.
- Fluent French.
