Bulgari seeks Industrial Perfume Controller in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Finance role supporting manufacturing operations with KPI development, cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update Standard Costs in accordance with IFRS standards on a yearly basis and conduct in-depth analyses of production costs, manufacturing variances, and operational performance
- Support the annual Budget process and Rolling Forecast exercises while monitoring inventory valuation, stock obsolescence, and related provisions on a monthly basis
- Support monthly closing activities related to inventory, production, scrap, and manufacturing variances, and contribute to explanations of Gross Margin evolution
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards to support Operations and Senior Management, and present financial analyses and recommendations following month-end closing and planning exercises
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process simplification, automation, and digitalization using Power BI, SAP, and reporting solutions
- Act as a Finance Business Partner by supporting operational decision-making and identifying performance improvement opportunities in collaboration with Operations
- Collaborate closely with the production partner to monitor industrial performance, strengthen financial visibility, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process
- Ensure Internal Control activities are embedded within monthly controlling processes, maintain related documentation, and support internal and external audit requirements
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in Industrial Finance, Standard Costing, Manufacturing Performance Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting
- Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and reporting tools; Power BI is a strong asset
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage
- Proactive and business-oriented finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and continuously seeking improvement opportunities
- Strong team player capable of building relationships with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to Operations and Management
